At Fringe Sport, we strive to ship all in-stock products the same day if you place your order before 2 pm CT, or the next business day if it’s after 2 pm. Typically, most of our customers receive their tracking numbers shortly after placing an order, with orders shipping from our warehouse in Austin, TX. We use USPS, UPS, and freight services to deliver our products efficiently across the lower 48 United States, always opting for the most cost-effective carrier.
However, during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday rush, the volume of orders increases significantly, which can extend our usual shipping times. We want to make sure you’re fully aware of these potential delays and what steps we’re taking to minimize any inconvenience.
What Causes Shipping Delays?

- Carrier Delays: Shipping carriers like UPS, USPS, and freight companies also experience increased demand during this period. This can sometimes result in delays beyond the standard delivery timelines, especially as these carriers are handling a massive influx of packages nationwide.
What You Can Expect
• Tracking Numbers: You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped, but please allow additional time for this to be generated due to the high volume of orders. When ordering more items tracking numbers will be split through certain items. If you only receive part of your order, please check on the UPS website for all the additional tracking numbers.
• Freight Orders: If your order is over 500 lbs or contains larger items like bumper plate sets or squat racks, it will ship via LTL freight. You’ll receive a PRO number to track your shipment, and the freight service will coordinate a delivery window with you.
• Curbside Freight Delivery: As a reminder, freight deliveries are curbside, meaning the driver will deliver to the curb but won’t carry items to your doorstep. If you require “white glove” service for special delivery requests, you can opt for it at an additional cost.
