As we approach the holiday season, including major shopping days such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other key dates from November through December, we want to inform you about our no-cancellation and no-modification policy for orders. Due to the high volume of orders during this period, we will be unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

During the holiday season, our order volume significantly increases, which can impact our processing systems. To ensure we manage orders efficiently and maintain service quality, we have implemented a no-cancellation and no-modification policy for all orders placed from November 25 through December 25. This helps us dispatch orders as quickly as possible and prevents disruptions in our system.

Options for Handling Orders

If you need to address an order that has already been placed, you have the following options:

  1. Reject the Delivery: If your order is in transit and you are available to receive it, you can refuse the delivery upon its arrival. The package will be returned to us, and we will process the return and refund once the item arrives back at our warehouse.
  2. Initiate a Return: If you are unable to refuse the delivery because you are not at home or if you have already received your order and wish to return it, you can start the return process using our online portal. Visit https://fringesport.loopreturns.com/#/ to begin your return request. The refund will be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse.
