Multigrip Pull up Bar

We have received many questions about whether the multi-grip pullup bar for the Dane fits the Osprey.
The answer is yes, but.
Both the Osprey and the Dane are built on the same architecture- in fact, the Dane is just a tricked-out Osprey.
Both racks share a “key crossbeam” width of 1050mm.

However, due to the carriage on top of the Dane, there is a 5mm piece of steel on the inside and outside that decreases the available space on the crossbeam to 1040mm.

So the multigrip pullup bar is manufactured to 1040mm width with two 5mm plates welded on.

This means that it fits the Dane perfectly, out of the box.
To install on an Osprey rack that does not have the pulley system for the Dane, the customer will need to use washers to fill the space between the mounting plate for the pullup bar and the crossbeam.
Most washers are about 2.5mm thick, so the customer should use 2 washers per side, for a total of 4 extra washers.
